Delete your account
You can delete your Domain Haru account yourself at any time, from the website or the mobile app. Deletion is permanent.
How to delete it

Website: sign in, open your profile from the menu in the top-right corner, and press "Delete account" at the bottom of the page.

Mobile app: open Account, then "Delete account".

Enter your password and confirm. You are signed out straight away.
What happens to your data
- Your profile, messages, watchlist and notifications are deleted.
- Your unsold listings are removed from the marketplace and open offers are closed.
- If you have bought or sold a domain, the order record is kept for accounting, without your name or contact details.
- You can't delete your account while an order is in progress or a payout is due.
Can't sign in? Contact us from the email address on your account and we will delete it for you.
